Do you have several races on your schedule this season and are not quite sure what approach to take for training? Don’t have the desire or budget for personalized coaching? Spark’s customizable training plans will give you a training calendar that fits your race schedule, helps you train faster and smarter, and won’t break the bank! During an initial consultation we will discuss race plans, goals, current training volumes and realistic training options. Angela will then take that information to make a plan that is geared towards YOU.

  • Appropriate building and tapering of volume to have you trained and well rested for your most important races

All plans require initial 60 minute consultation for $75.

  • 3 Month Training Plan- $99
  • 6 Month Training Plan- $189
  • $40 for each additional month

Follow-up consultations or personal training sessions available for $65 per hour once plan is purchased.
